What Formexi Does
Our active scope is custom CNC parts. The current core capabilities are CNC machining, CNC milling, CNC turning and 5-axis CNC machining. Each inquiry is reviewed against the actual drawing, material, finish, quantity and inspection requirements.
Formexi’s business is limited to custom CNC parts made from approved drawings and project requirements.
Drawing Review
We review CAD files, 2D drawings, revisions and critical requirements before defining a quotation scope.
Machining Route
Part geometry and access determine whether milling, turning or 5-axis machining is the appropriate route.
Controlled Requirements
Material, finish, inspection, packaging and documentation are confirmed as project-specific requirements.
How We Work
- Receive the latest 3D model, 2D drawing and revision.
- Review material, quantity, finish and critical dimensions.
- Resolve manufacturability and inspection questions.
- Issue a controlled quotation with defined scope.
- Release machining only after open requirements are approved.
- Inspect and deliver against the agreed project requirements.
Manufacturing Facts Come From the Project
Machine envelope, achievable tolerance, inspection method, documentation and delivery planning depend on the actual part and approved manufacturing route. We do not publish blanket claims in place of drawing review.
